Job description
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this individual will be responsible for training all new and existing customers located throughout Canada and, to a lesser extent, in the U.S. on our accounting software package specializing in the construction and service industries.
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent accounting skills
Excellent people skills
Must possess good organizational and documentation skills
Construction industry experience preferred
This position will require some work outside of normal business hours to meet project deadlines, and will include travel
Provide the necessary experience and direction required to deliver a timely implementation
Assess customer needs as they relate to existing processes while reviewing how these processes would work within a new software environment
Prior experience in a software training role is an asset
Assist with the analysis of any custom specifications and document these changes as required
Must be available to assist the Sales Team with demonstrations

Software Support Technician
Job description
Reporting to the Team Leader for Software Support, you will be responsible for providing our customers with phone support for any problem they might encounter with Maestro software. If you are bilingual, thorough, resourceful and dedicated to customer satisfaction, you are the candidate we want to meet.
Through its service contract offerings, Maestro provides customers with phone support for general questions and specific software-related issues. Software Support Technicians receive service requests, triage and diagnose problems and will either offer solutions on-the-spot or research the problem—internally, online or through testing procedures—to provide timely incident resolution.
Qualifications
DEP, DEC or Bachelor's in Accounting (Computer Sciences?)
Three years experience in accounting or customer service
Other requirements
Essential: Bilingualism (English, French)
Important: Experience in software support
Important: Knowledge of accounting and information technology
Important: Strong aptitude for customer service
Asset: Knowledge of Maestro software

Programmer
Job description
The selected candidate will join the programming team responsible for analysis and development on our ERP systems. Development is done in-house at our Varennes office.
Programming standards (object-oriented) are very high and the challenges are exciting. Maestro uses Visual Basic 6.0 and Visual Studio.Net (programming languages) as well as Pervasive SQL (database).
Qualifications
Diploma in Computer Science (DEC or Bachelor's)
Three years programming experience
Other Requirements
Essential: Knowledge of Visual Basic

Asset: Prior experience in developing management applications

Implementation Support Agent
Job description
Reporting to the implementation and training Team Leader, you will provide all necessary support to the Project Managers in their implementation and training mandates.
The selected candidate will be involved in the creation of lists, reports and forms for clients. He or she will also conduct training sessions in support of the implementation and training goals of the Project Managers.
